• Basic Patent Applications: For simple basic patents, the drafting of the patent application will start at $3500.00, plus a government fee ranging from $432 to $732 depending on micro-entity status. There will also be an extra $400 fee for professional drawings unless your own drawings can be used. Please note that future office actions are not included in the initial filing fees.
• No Hidden Charges: If I can handle a trademark or patent office action in under an hour, there will be no additional charge.
